Sintered magnesium aluminum spinel is made from imported industrial alumina and high-purity magnesium oxide as starting materials, and is sintered in an ultra-high temperature vertical kiln through a multi-stage homogenization process. The product has the characteristics of high volume density, high content of spinel phase, good crystal development, uniform structure, and stable performance.
This product has good corrosion resistance, peeling resistance, and thermal shock stability, making it an ideal raw material for refractory products used in ladle lining bricks, ladle castables, cement rotary kilns, and glass kilns. According to the alumina content, the products are divided into varieties such as JMA-50, JMA-66, JMA-78, and JMA-90.
