The CQ100 heating insulation riser sleeve is made of lightweight heating insulation material, ensuring its shrinkage efficiency. The shape of the riser sleeve includes straight barrel, necked, and slanted neck. Suitable for various grades of large and medium-sized cast steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous castings. Applied to various shaping techniques. Among them, the necked riser sleeve not only has excellent heating and insulation performance, but also can greatly reduce the cutting and polishing area of the riser sleeve and reduce cleaning costs. 1. The modulus amplification factor of C0100 heating insulation riser sleeve can reach 1.55-1.45 (for black metal castings and 140-1.25 (for non-ferrous alloy castings). The heating insulation covering agent MHF101 should be used on the top of the exposed sleeve to minimize heat exchange at the top of the riser sleeve and ensure shrinkage effect.

2. Calculate the modulus, required amount of filling fluid, and filling distance based on the specific casting.

3. Calculate the required modulus, liquid volume, and quantity of the riser sleeve.

4. Select the appropriate model of riser sleeve from the attached table. The effective modulus is the modulus that the riser sleeve can reach under normal conditions, and the geometric modulus is the modulus of the same size sand mold riser sleeve.
