Usage
1. If the diameter of the sand core hole defect is ≤ 5mm or the defect is in a strip shape, repair paste should be used for repair. For other defects, repair sand should be used for repair. When repairing, take an appropriate amount of sand core repair paste/sand, fill it in the area to be repaired, and then use your fingers to lift the repair paste/sand and smooth it with the surface of the sand core.
2. The amount of repair paste/sand should be appropriate, and after the repair is completed, the remaining repair paste/sand on the surface of the sand core should be removed to avoid inclusions in the casting.
3. Used sand core repair paste/sand should be packed in packaging bags when not in use for a long time to prevent moisture evaporation and affect the effectiveness of use.
Packaging and storage
1. XY sand core repair paste/sand is packed in plastic bags (1Kg/bag), and the outer packaging is boxed (20Kg/box). Special packaging can also be provided according to user requirements.
2. Please store XY sand core repair cream/sand in a cool and ventilated room. Storage period ≤ 3 months
