Usage Guide

When used as mud paste, squeeze out the sealing mud, apply it to the lower surface, and then close the box. When used as a binder, extrude the product and evenly apply it to the upper and lower surfaces of the sand core, and external forces can be applied to connect it. If used for hot core boxes and coated sand, the drying time is greatly shortened due to the high surface temperature of the sand core. Generally, it takes 30-45 minutes to enter the next process. Prolonged drying time under high humidity or low temperature conditions. Measures such as heating and baking or ventilation can be taken to improve work efficiency
