Usage

1. Clean the core box mold with cleaning agent first

2. Stir the release agent evenly, spray (brush) it on the inner surface of the core box with a spray gun or brush. The spray should be fine and uniform, and spray (brush) as little as possible on the premise of ensuring the release effect to avoid scaling. Spraying once can produce 10-20 cores

matters needing attention

1. If it gets on hands or skin, it should be rinsed off with water as much as possible

2. RA-01 and RA-01-1 should be stored in an environment above 5 ℃ to avoid crystallization and affect use. RA-03A contains oily solvents that will not crystallize, but should be kept away from sources of fire and ventilated

packing of products

RA-01 and RA-01-1 are packaged in 20kg plastic drums, while RA-03A is packaged in 17kg plastic drums. They can also be packaged according to user requirements
